OUR PROCESS
The process begins with a consultation call to find out the clients’ goals, needs, and budget.
After the initial information is gathered, we will complete an in person or virtual walk through of the property and create a checklist of what needs to be purchased specific to the home.
We offer 2 different White Glove Design options based on your budget and design preferences.

This package is assembled from various vendors such as Amazon, Wayfair, Homegoods, At Home, etc. These items tend to be most cost effective compared to your typical home furnishing stores and easily replaceable. We recommend this option for the standard residence and for the homeowner that’s primary goal is to utilize the property as a short-term rental.

This package is the high-end outfit aimed at complementing the style of your home while still capturing the majority of the transient guest target market. Furnishings in this design will often be made with commercial-grade materials and last the test of time. Guests will experience a more homey and comfortable feel with these quality furnishings. We recommend this option for the homeowner that has an emotional connection with the property and may want to move in one day.
We will work together to determine which option will be best for you and how quickly we want the property to be up and running. You will have the opportunity to review all furnishings for approval before final purchases are made. A full furnishing package will be outlined for reference with an estimated timeline and total budget.
The next steps include collecting a deposit and ordering all of the items! Once the furnishings are in hand, our team gets to work on the setup and staging. Your home will then receive a deep clean with linen, towel, and consumable delivery followed by professional photography. The cleaning and photography are scheduled within 48 hours of staging completion.
