No. We love enthusiastic homeowners however it is important for us to maintain exclusive hosting status. The owner may have access to other security-related technology.

Good Vibe Getaways will provide an itemized invoice that breaks down all revenues & expenses of managing the home. From there, payment will be remitted to the owner by the 10th day of the following month.
Upon request, Good Vibe Getaways can provide all data pertaining to each reservation such as the guest name, booking dates, rates, taxes, etc…

We can work with residential homes, apartments, condominiums, and multifamily complexes. Our home base is in Phoenix, Arizona but we are open to properties throughout the United States.
