The process is very simple! If your home is the right fit, Good Vibe Getaways will:
Sign a lease, rent your home, and pay rent just like a normal tenant.
Furnish the home and pay all of the utilities.
Sublet or host your home as a short-term rental for transient guests in our network.

Every homeowner has different goals and every home is unique. However, generally speaking, management is typically better when the home is fully furnished and arbitrage is better when the home is unfurnished.

Our hub is in Arizona although we will be glad to explore opportunities anywhere in the United States.

Each home requires a different degree of care and so we charge between 20%-30% depending on the opportunity. We’ll discuss this more in our consultation call!
